So, in the past since Sunday, I've been playing SBCG4AP Episodes 1-5. I just finished episode 5, so here is my opinion on each respective game of the series.
Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner
The plot of Episode 1 is; Homestar is competing in the Free Country USA Triannual Race to the End of the Race. So, being Strong Bad, you have decided to pulverize Homestar's odds of winning the race. After doing so and ruining Homestar's reputation, he crashes at SB's house, so you then have to fix Homestar's life. The gameplay is, like all (that I know of) TellTale Games games, an adventure game. Y'know, like Monkey Island or (insert popular adventure game from pre-FPS era computers here.) The music isn't very memorable save for the opening song that SB sings.
Overall - 6/10
Episode 2: Strong Badia the Free!
Episode 2's plot is; the K-O-T set up an email tax to the order of 44 or so (I don't remember) Creamy Ding Snack Cakes per email sent or recived. Strong Bad is put under and escapes from house arrest, declares independence, and everyone makes their own country. Naturally, Strong Bad decides a hostile takeover of the newly formed nations and attacks the K-O-T in a siege that lasts 5 minutes. Being King sucks, so SB helps the rebel army reclaim the castle. The gameplay is the same in all the episodes, and the music is the same as well.
Overall - 5/10
Episode 3: Baddest of the Bands
3's plot is; Fun Machine breaks, Strong Bad organizes concert to fix it.
Overall - 6/10
Episode 4: Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective
4's plot is Dangeresque 3 finally being made.Craig (The Cheat) is the criminal mastermind
Overall - 5.5/10
Episode 5: 8-Bit is Enough
Episode 5's plot is; the Trogdor machine comes to life and you must stop it by travelling into various game worlds and killing Ultimate Trogdor at the end.
Overall - 7/10
Overall, it's a good series and worth playing if you like adventure games and Strong Bad.
(for bonus points, figure out where all the typing started to bore me. Dur, can't figure that out.)
